Tim Johnson, aka Vibemaster is a Musician and Producer, Film Score and Sound Design Artist from Melbourne, Australia. Tim has been DJing and producing music since 2003 and as the name suggest he has never been one to be defined by genre. His electronic music encompasses a broadspectrum of original and remix material from hip hop and glitched out dub to deep progressive house/techno and disco.

In an alley by a lake shrouded in mist Tomes (aka Tobias Paramore) sweats over samplers and synthesisers, building new rhythms from raw audio and analog tones. With a rough edge and gritty tone, each element rings clear in a dynamic and layered soundscape.
Shuffling grooves and crackly cassette samples interlock with deep kicks and sizzling arpeggios; chunks of UK underground filtered through Asia’s heavyweight dance scene.
Drawing inspiration from hip hop, techno, dub, drum and bass and many more styles, Tomes’ work showcases a deep, dance floor-oriented sensibility. Layering homemade samples with soul breaks; sequencing squelching basslines on the fly; capturing loops live and remixing them in the moment – every Tomes show is custom crafted.
